The duration of the warranty for Living and Chateau d’Ax products are 2 years, and it covers everything noted on the quality warranty.
Our company will examine whether the product is covered by the warranty. Once the defect of the product or an accessory has been confirmed, the company will secure the repairing of the problem, or the exchange of a faulty part if necessary. In case a product no longer belongs to the Living and Chateau d’Ax collection, then we will exchange it with a similar product of equal value.
The warranty applies from the product purchase date from the Living store. For confirmation of the purchase date, it is essential to keep the signed copy of product delivery (receipt) which is the only evidence of the purchase date. The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by the faulty use of the product, lack of ineffective maintenance, use of chemical or other substances, or scratches / bumps or any other types of accidents which occurred during the delivery of the product to the customer. Also, it does not cover the normal wear and tear, and that which occurs due to placing a product at an inappropriate place, such as a humid environment, or an environment with overly high temperatures, or a place unprotected from weather conditions, or a place where the product is directly exposed to sunlight. Also, the warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use of products other than domestic ones, except if specifically noted. For this reason, customers are encouraged to check their furniture during their delivery and to sign the delivery receipt together with the driver, confirming in this way that the products received are in excellent condition.
In addition to the rights given by this consumer warranty, the customer has, in every case, every right documented in the law about purchase transactions.
