Yes! The LIVING e-shop is available for you to browse and purchase items for your home or business from the comfort of your own space or while on the go using our mobile-optimized website. Look for products with the “Add to Basket” button. You can search for items by entering the name, article number, or product description in the search bar at the top of our webpage. Terms and conditions for online purchases apply, including delivery restrictions and product availability disclaimers. For more details, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.

For online purchases in our e-shop, we only accept credit card payments through the certified payment gateway of JCC, with all prices displayed are inclusive of value-added tax. Other payment methods (e.g., cash, PayPal or bank transfers) are explicitly excluded. Feel free to reach out for more information.

Shipping Within Cyprus:
•    Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €250.
•    In-Store Pickup: Collect your order free of charge from our LIVING showroom in Nicosia with next-day availability. For pickups from our Limassol store, please allow 2-3 working days.
•    Pickup from Akis Express: For orders under €250, a standard shipping fee of €5.50 applies. Your order will be sent to the nearest Akis Express location based on your address, with a delivery timeframe of 2-3 working days.
•    Home Deliveries: A standard delivery fee of €7.50 applies for home deliveries, which will also take approximately 2-3 working days.
•    Tracking is available for all orders within Cyprus.
International Shipping: 
We are happy to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Due to the variety of products, we offer, please contact us via email for the best shipping quotation. Be aware that customs and import taxes may apply for orders outside the EU. If goods are not picked up and returned to us, Living reserves the right to charge an additional handling fee. Tracking is also available for all international orders.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please remember that many items sold by LIVING are handcrafted, which may result in slight variations in shape or colour—this adds to their uniqueness. 
Return Eligibility:
•    We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided items are returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
•    Note that items sold at a special offer or reduced price cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return Process:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us with your reason for returning the item and indicate if you would like an exchange. We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided items are returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your exchange or issue a credit note minus the original shipping charges. Please allow 8-10 days for processing, and you will receive an email notification once completed. Note that items sold at a special offer or reduced price cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including electrical appliances, batteries, plants, products from our discount section, gift cards, custom orders (e.g., furniture or cut fabric), opened bedding and linen packages (e.g., sheets, quilts), and any used or altered products. Ergo Home Group reserves the right to decline any return requests. 

Mistakes in Shipment:

If we mistakenly have sentd you an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days via email. After confirming the error and upon receiving the returned goods, we will either replace it with the correct item or issue a credit note for future use at any of our stores.

Refund Policy

Currently, refunds are not available. Credit notes will be issued for eligible returns.

We stand by the quality of our products at LIVING and want you to feel confident in your purchases. Our furniture comes with a 2-year guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects, damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear is not covered. If you have questions about the guarantee terms or need assistance with a claim, please contact us.
