Once the support lever is positioned on the neck, this ingenious gear keeps the wick in the vertical axis throughout the uncorking process. In a single fluid and continuous movement, the extraction takes place without effort or twisting of the cork, while other sommelier corkscrews require a two-step operation. On the Soft Machine , a foil cutter blade and a bottle opener are integrated into the handle and the toad. Designed and designed by L'Atelier du Vin, this bottle opener is assembled and finished by hand.
